This plan lists all the consultation exercises we plan to carry out during 2007/08. Every year we produce a consultation plan that sets out the key issues we are likely to be consulting residents, businesses and other communities about during the year and why.
Service areas identify the key pieces of consultation they will undertake as part of the service planning process and this information is used to form the basis of our annual consultation plan.
The consultation exercises are listed under the name of the service carrying them out and also provides the:
- consultation's title
- purpose of the consultation
- name and contact details of the officer responsible for the consultation
- date of the consultation
- consultation method and target audience
