Profile:
I was re-elected in May 2007. I am now in my 21st year as a councillor for the North West Ward. I've lived in South Derbyshire for 42 years.
I am a 'semi-retired' farmer with a love of Horses, and have a big interest in the Young Farmers movement. I am also a member of the Church Council. I am very proud to be President of the East Midlands Riding for the Disabled Association.
North West is a rural Ward, and I think it's important to keep it that way. I don't want to see major developments, but at the same time I enjoy promoting the area and would like to see improved transport and facilities.
