As a recognised Investor in People organsiation we are committed to the continuous development and improvement of our workforce.
Our Organisational Development Division co-ordinates all learning and development activities for the Council. This inlcudes professional and vocational training for all employees.
We do provide opportunites for people to gain experience within our services either through unpaid placements, government funded schemes or other learning schemes with voluntary orgainsations.
