South Derbyshire District Council's housing department own approx 3235 homes throughout the district. In 2004 we adopted a shared vision:
"Through high quality services, delivered in partnership with customers, the provision of well maintained affordable homes that meet the requirements and aspirations of the people of South Derbyshire"
The main areas of service are to our tenants and to those in need of housing. Our main areas of service delivery are rent collection and recovery, repairs and improvement works, empty homes and estate management, sheltered service and CareLine, tenant participation.
