Ordering additional keys

We will need your key reference number. This can be found on the key itself.  Each key ordered will cost £5.50

If your key is lost or stolen

If your key has been stolen, or was lost along with any of your address details, we will raise this as an emergency case with one of our inspectors.  We will need to perform a lock change for security reasons. 

We charge £75 per lock change - sometimes more than one change is required if your key fits more than one door.

If there are any additional keys to the property, please can you return them to us when the new lock has been fitted.

Lock change

If we change the lock, We will need you to sign a form to accept the lock change.

If you make your own arrangements, the work will be subject to approval from one of our inspectors.  Someone will be in touch with you to follow this up.
