Tenants' Contents Insurance 

We currently offer our tenants a dedicated contents insurance scheme.

What have we done recently to improve our contents insurance offering?

As you may be aware we have offered our tenants contents insurance for some time now, the latest amendment to our scheme was last year when, after our Challenge Day it was suggested to us that we need to increase the amount of cover. We of course listened to the needs of our tenants and it was increased to £30,000.

Working in partnership with our Insurance providers, Royal & Sun Alliance, we are now pleased to offer accidental damage cover in addition to our standard insurance cover. For only a small extra charge on top of your existing premium you can be covered for accidental damage to contact lenses, food, drink, plants, clothing, sporting equipment whilst in use and damage as a result of household removal.

On top of this we can now also offer 3 new extensions for an additional premium. You can have your personal belongings, wheelchair and even hearing aids protected to give you complete peace of mind.
