We hope you like the new look Housing News!! (Available for download lower down this page). The Editorial Panel that consists of tenants from the South Derbyshire Tenant’s Forum, 2 District Councillors and the Tenant Participation Officer decided that it was time for a change and have been working hard over the past few months to produce you a new and improved newsletter. The Tenants Xtra is now 'Housing News in partnership with South Derbyshire Tenants' Forum'. With a new name, it’s now recyclable, a new design and more cost effective we hope you agree that this is even better than before!!

The aim of newsletter is to get housing information and news out to our customers in a fun and friendly format keeping you up to date about what’s going on in the Service.
