Thank you for logging on to the Junior and Youth Needs Survey. We have recently collected questionnaires from young people aged 7-19 across the district to find out about their sport and physical activity needs so that we can improve our facilities and activities for them.
Prizes
Everyone who completed a questionnaire in both the Junior Needs Survey age group and Youth Needs Survey age group had the chance to win an iPod Nano or a "Five for a Fiver" pass for activities at Rosliston Forestry Centre. Schools also had the opportunity to win a Mobile Climbing Wall session or an Inflatable Laser Games session by sending the most questionnaires in.

The iPod Nano winner was Tiegan Finlayward.
The ten winners of Five for a Fiver vouchers are still to be selected.
The school who submitted the most surveys is still to be decided.

The iPod Nano winner was from GRANVILLE COMMUNITY SCHOOL.
The ten winners of Five for a Fiver vouchers are from: GRANVILLE COMMUNITY SCHOOL (5), JOHN PORT SCHOOL (2), CHELLASTON SCHOOL (1), PINGLE SCHOOL (1), SINFIN COMMUNITY SCHOOL (1)
The school who submitted the most surveys was GRANVILLE COMMUNITY SCHOOL.
