If you are new to running then this session is perfect for you. The session will aim to increase running fitness through walking and jogging.

FREE Golf Coaching for Beginners
FREE Golf Coaching is an English Golf Union (EGU) / English Ladies' Golf Association (ELGA) initiative, which has been developed to help people get into golf. Beginners of any age, gender or background who want to experience golf for the first time can simply register with a participating venue and receive a FREE golf coaching taster session with a PGA Professional. Golf balls and clubs are provided free of charge and participants all receive information on a variety of initiatives aimed at continuing involvement in golf.
The FREE Golf Coaching campaign has now been running for a number of years and has introduced thousands of beginners to golf and golf clubs.
