How do I make a representation?
The statutory representation period begins the day after a valid application is received by the Licensing Authority and lasts for 28 days.
During this time there must be at least one notice in the local paper and a notice displayed on site for 28 days. The application will also appear on the Public Register, which can be accessed by contacting South Derbyshire District Council on 01283 595890 or at the address below.
Any representations must be made in writing and received during the representation period. If you have an objection, please write in, stating your objections and concerns to the address below. Alternatively, the form is available in the related documents section and submitted by post to the address in the contacts section.
