Applications for review

People who live or work near licensed premises are able to ask us to review the licence if they are being adversely affected by problems at the premises.

The police, fire authority, planning department, body responsible for welfare of children or environmental health officers are also able to ask for a licence to be reviewed.

Reviews must be based on one of the four licensing objectives:

  • prevention of crime and disorder
  • prevention of public nuisance
  • public safety
  • protection of children from harm

Reports of crime should be made in the usual way by dialling 999 if it is an emergency or by contacting your local police station.

Reports of noise or other nuisance can be reported to our anti-social behaviour hotline - 01283 595795

Licence Holder details are available in the Licensing Register.

Current Review Notices

Current notices will be available on this page. A copy of the notice will also be displayed near the premises and at our Civic Way offices.
