Licensing - sex establishment

The Provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 require sex establishments to be licensed. Any sex establishment, meaning a sex shop or sex cinema, must be licensed.

Sex Establishment Licences remain in force for one year or such shorter period the Local Authority may specify (subject to revocation, cancellation etc).
