  • You can find our current vacancies and those of our partner organisations on our website. You can apply online or download the application forms. To help you in your job search you can register your interest in specific types of jobs and receive email alerts for our vacancies and any of our partner organisations when a suitable vacancy arises.
  • Jobcentre Plus can offer details of job vacancies, send out application forms and arrange interviews.
  • People get a lot from volunteering, and they do it for various reasons, such as to meet people, to develop new skills and as a way of helping them get paid employment. We have links that can help you to find opportunities. Our Sport and Youth Development team have teamed up with South Derbyshire Council for Voluntary Services to help you to find opportunities to volunteer in sport.
  • Retraining: The Burton College Workshop is designed to help people get back into work, by offering encouragement, advice and support, from assisting with the preparation of CVs and job searching to interview and skills training. They are working closely with local employers to help them to fill their skills gaps.
