Grants – village halls etc

Village Halls run and managed by the Voluntary and Community Sector are eligible to apply for a grant from our Community Partnerships Scheme. In addition they are likely to be eligible for advice and support in relation to both funding and project development.

Key conditions

The scheme is only open to the Voluntary and Community Sector and only gives capital grants. All applicants must complete a Community Partnerships Scheme application form and attach relevant supporting documents. The maximum grant available is 25 per cent of total capital costs up to a maximum of £25,000.

Exclusions

Community Partnership Scheme grants will not be awarded for:

  • projects costing less than £4,000.
  • Running costs

Total size of grant block - £100,000pa
The likely scale of competition for funds - Medium
