Subject of the petition:
"We the undersigned, being responsible dog owners, would like South Derbyshire District Council to consider providing us with a fenced off area of Eureka Park. This will enable us to exercise our dogs in a safe environment away from children and other park users and away from all the broken glass that keeps occurring from people that are drinking alcohol in a place where this activity is supposed to be banned. It will enable us to keep all the dogs in a specific area and make sure any dog mess is cleared up."

Subject of the petition:
"This petition is signed by residents of Arliston Drive, Derbyshire, who have concerns for the safety of their children and families due to the use of the road by articulated trucks, particularly as the adjacent playing field, car park and play area are nearing completion. The field and play area will encourage children to flock to the area, therefore, increasing the risks of injuries/accidents if trucks continue to use this road as a truck stop, turning point or diversion.
Will the car park, once completed, have any barriers in place to prevent trucks parking up all day/overnight or as a turning circle? Not only trucks, without barriers, this will be an ideal location for relocation of travellers within South Derbyshire.
We expect the council and developers to acknowledge our concerns and act accordingly".
