The main areas of service are to our tenants and to those in need of housing. Our main areas of service delivery are rent collection and recovery, repairs and improvement works, empty homes and estate management, sheltered service and CareLine, tenant participation.
We have produced a handbook for all of our existing and new tenants which explains everything they need to know about their tenancy. Its a handy guide with information on your home, who to contact across the council, what the responsibilities of us as a landlord are and what we expect of our tenants. The handbook is available at the bottom of this page below related documents. It will be updated during 2010. More about your council tenancy agreement.
