Derbyshire County Council own the Woodyard Lane site in Foston. On the 4th October 2010 the management of the site transferred from South Derbyshire District Council to a private individual, Mr Joe Varey.
Mr Varey is responsible for managing the site, including allocating the plots. The site is currently undergoing major refurbishments and all enquiries should be made direct to Mr Varey at the site.
