Improvements - council property

At South Derbyshire District Council, we are proud of our properties, and we are committed to improving them.
New kitchen

Apart from the jobs that our own Direct Labour Organisation undertake each day, we use external contractors to undertake our terms contracts such as:

  • planned external maintenance, 
  • the replacement of kitchens and bathrooms,
  • replacement of central heating systems,
  • electrical testing, repairs and maintenance,
  • gas safety and heating maintenance,
  • passenger and stairlift maintenance,
  • cleaning of communal areas,
  • the replacement of roof coverings,
  • installation of insulation measures.
