Tenant and resident participation encourages individuals to make a real contribution to the decisions that affect their homes and communities.
Involvement in the service means that you, as our customers, are able to provide us with a valuable source of feedback, which can lead to you receiving improved services.
Any organisation works better if it provides its customers with the services they want, in the way they want them delivered. We know that involving tenants in the management of their homes and estates is vital to deliver better housing services and improve the quality of life for local communities. That's why we want the views of individuals who live in our communities... Like you!

We cannot dictate how we consult. We need to work together with you, our tenants, to find the best forms of participation for particular issues. We try to ensure that appropriate consultation is used to match the needs of different communities in different situations. We want our services to be accessible to everyone so we may aim some consultation at, for example, younger tenants, or people from the black and ethnic minority communities.
Contact your Tenant Participation Officer using the details below to find out more information or complete the Consultation Survey . Alternatively tell us how you would prefer to participate by completing our online Menu of Involvement or download and complete the form at the bottom of the page and send it to us using the contact details below.
