A new service will be available for landlords and tenants from October 2010.
The Local Lettings Agency is a partnership between the Decent & Safe Homes (DASH) project, Local Authorities and Derventio Property Management Service (DPMS). The aim is to provide an increased choice in homes to let through a professional, cost effective and ethical service for landlords both large and small.
The Local Lettings Agency can assist landlords with the following:
- A fast tenant finding service
- A full professional property management service
- Additional benefits in tenant support services
- Signposting to advice, grants and other landlord incentives
- Free membership to the East Midlands Landlord Accreditation Scheme
- ..... and much, much more!
