Benefit appeals

You can ask us for further information or to revise our decision about your Benefit if you think that it is wrong.

You must let us know within a month of our letter telling you of the result of your claim if you think that it is wrong, email customer.services@south-derbys.gov.uk

If we don’t change our decision you can appeal to an independent appeal tribunal. An appeal means the Tribunal Service will consider our decision.
