Recruitment support

Jobcentre Plus has employer advisers to help with recruitment needs. In addition to interview facilities, jobs fairs and recruitment desks, they will help you tap into a pool of jobseekers through information sessions and bespoke matching activity. National wage

The National Minimum Wage (NMW) applies to most workers including apprentices. It is against the law for employers not to pay someone NMW or to falsify payment records.

All workers aged 25 or over and not in the first year of an apprenticeship will be legally entitled to a minimum hourly rate of £7.20 per hour.
