The Strategic Housing Market Assessment or SHMA will provide the information on the scale and nature of current housing demand and need across South Derbyshire having regard to tenure, type, location and affordability of housing stock.
The Derby Housing Market Area Strategic Housing Market Assessment covers three local authority areas:
- Amber Valley Borough Council
- Derby City Council
- South Derbyshire District Council
